Demand peaks before winter and before summer road trips. Check the listing for hours, whether the shop sells used tires or handles truck and trailer tires, and its Google rating before you drive over on a spare.

You can reach Yokohama at (602) 842-1155; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions.

Its Google rating stands at 2.6 out of 5 from 10 reviews, which is below average for the category; consider the recent reviews carefully before visiting.

Phoenix is in Arizona, in the Southwest, where the desert climate brings very hot summers, mild sunny winters and the summer monsoon; outdoor businesses shift their hours toward early mornings and evenings in the hottest months. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Phoenix follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.
